The light of light is God and God has no pain, irritation or congestion. Knowing that this power is ever-present true and actual, we can dismiss, dissolve, and eliminate pain and sickness. In the midst of any suffering is the radiant healing Christ-light. Inflammation or pain and suffering is no part of the light's eternal perfection. There is nothing bigger than omnipotent light, and this is the very healing power we use because it is the power we are, it is the power that uses us.
The body is always subject to our thought, therefore never claim or identify suffering or pain as my pain or my suffering. The more description is replaced with truth the quicker the healing. God the light within frees us from all pain.
Acknowledge that universal light, universal vitality, is the essence and substance of your body. The infinite healing Christ-light is the ever renewing, ever-refreshing strength, stamina, foundation, form, action, and function of every organ, gland, and secretion of our fluid, flexible, spiritual light-self.
AFFIRM: I am a cosmic being of living light. Every nerve, cell, and atom of my being is bathed in God's healing light. My blood circulates according to the light and life of truth and there is no high or low pressure in it. My heart is synchronized with the beat, rhythm, and pulse of the universe. My lungs are filled with the holy breath of God. All the faculties of my being are spiritual, perfect, indestructible light. Thank you, God, for my wonderful, joyous, flexible, healthy body.
