Karen Casey, Daily Meditations for Practicing the Course:
“Our choice is all we ever need to make.”
“Because we feel bombarded by the changing circumstances of our lives, we tend to see them as far more complicated that they really are. Out of habit we try to make perfect decisions about many situations instantly. Our frustration and accompanying anxiety convinces us that every detail of life is critically serious. Of course, it isn’t.
On the other hand, our daily experiences are important. Our experiences hold great purpose. We will discover what we need to know, and we will teach that which we have already learned if our hearts are open to the messages of the Spirit.
Our lives are filled with joy and insight if we approach them with wonder, hope, and acceptance. The choice to see all experiences accordingly is the only choice that makes sense.”
“The choice to simplify or complicate my life is solely mine.
Today will evolve as chosen.”
Marianne Williamson, A Year of Daily Wisdom: “Prayer is something we do. To say a prayer is more than just to think about God. A prayerful attitude is powerful, but the actual utterance of a prayer, silently or aloud, increases the subconscious power of communion with God. In this sense, prayer is God’s greatest gift to us, for it is the key to His house.”
Hugh Prather, Morning Notes: “If today I set all things free to be as they are, the earth can’t help but dance, and my heart dance with it. If the world expressed Oneness, it would be unrecognizable and no longer the world. It is a place of friction and war, even on a molecular level. Everything is separate. Everything has its own agenda. I can accept this or I can wish it weren’t so. Acceptance allows me to be in the world but not defined by it. A judgmental attitude puts me at odds with everybody and everything, but an accepting attitude allows the Beauty within me to become past of my experience.”
Wayne Dyer: “I’ve heard it said that the only difference between a flower that is alive and one that is dead is the live flower is growing. This is the true test of spiritual growth and whether you are raising your vibrations to be in harmony with spirit. Are you growing?
Paul Ferrini: “Mistakes are opportunities for learning. To condemn your sister for making mistakes is to pretend to be mistake free, which you are not…Instead of condemning you sister for her mistakes, release her from your judgment. To release her is to love here, for it places her where love alone lies, beyond judgment of any kind.”
Unity’s Daily Word:
“I give my whole self –
heart, mind, and soul –
to God’s care and I am blessed.”
“I am aware that I have a choice in the way the events of my day will proceed. On those days when there seems to be far more to do than I the time to accomplish, I know that by letting go of any feelings of anxiety and concern, I am ready to cooperate as God brings about the perfect results. I let go and let God.”
“ I begin by going into the silence for a quiet time with God. Returning to the list of tasks that only a moment ago seemed daunting, I release each one into God’s care and keeping. I affirm: God is blessing me.”
“Emerging from the silence, I know that God is in control and all is well. How remarkable life is when I have given my whole self – heart, mind, and soul – to God’s care.”
A Course in Miracles: Lesson 129
“Beyond this world is a world I want.”
Namaste – Ron

Lesson 129
“Beyond this world there is a world I want.”
Beyond this projection of thoughts I label my world, lies my truth. Beyond this world is my place with God. Beyond this world is my Oneness. I want to my truth to be my world instead of this dream I think I am having. I want my feeling of separation to end instead of the loneliness I am experiencing. I want to be who I am in truth, for I AM that already. It appears as if I have forgotten, but that changes nothing for I shall be as I have been for eternity.
