Karen Casey, Daily Meditations for Practicing the Course:
“Whatever our experiences,
they will benefit us, and others too, in time.”
“When we are overwhelmed by troubles, it’s not easy to believe there’s a benefit. In the midst of the pain, we’re often too distraught to even consider the bright side. That’s okay because we’re surrounded by friends who can help us see it when we’re ready.”
“Eventually the dreadful experience gets incorporated into our lives. We will profit from it, at some point. And when we share what we learned with others, they will profit too. Nothing is without some meaning. It’s also true that no specific circumstance really matters, in and of itself. Its purpose has been merely to serve us, to teach us. That’s not always easy to understand and harder to accept.”
“Coming to believe that there is another way to see our lives offers relief. At first we may doubt the soundness of this idea, but trying on a new perspective removes our resistance. Feeling better about our lives is really worth whatever effort it takes.”
“I can make a “silk purse” out of whatever happens to me today.
Telling a friend what I learned will help that friend too.”
Marianne Williamson, A Year of Daily Wisdom: “God provides the answer to every problem the moment it occurs. Time, as we’ve already seen, is just a thought. It is the physical reflection of our faith or faithlessness.”
Hugh Prather, Morning Notes: “Only by loving can I feel and have the experience of being loved. A loving mind is blessed even as it blesses. But if I look to see if I am being loved, for that instant it is impossible for me to love. Love is not a matter of compromise and reciprocity. It is wholly one-sided, inclusive, and complete.”
Wayne Dyer: “To be an instrument of thy peace you (and I) must be able to radiate outward that which we are inside.”
Paul Ferrini: “Only by recognizing the worthiness of others is your own worthiness confirmed.”
Unity’s Daily Word:
“God’s presences is with me in all conditions,
at all times, and in all places.”
“God is the source of my security. The understanding that God’s presence is always with me brings me peace of mind. I also realize that life is a gift from God that continues to give. The people I meet and the circumstances I experience bless me.”
“The presence of God is my enduring refuge. If difficulties appear, I will greet them knowing that God is my source of overcoming strength and wisdom. With God as my companion, any adversity will be transformed into an opportunity for me to experience greater peace, love, and understanding. God’s presence is with me in all conditions, at all times, and in all places.”

Lesson 146
Review Lessons 131 & 132
“No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth”
“I loose the world from all I thought it was.”
What a beautiful statement to make – no one can fail who seeks to reach the truth – who seeks that which is already within, waiting for re-discovery by us. Failure is of the ego, succeeding is to go beyond the ego; to be beyond the illusion to our truth. And I let go of all the I think I see in what I believe is my world. I let go of all illusions and allow the truth of who I am to appear before me.
