When we discount that important part of ourselves that knows what is the truth, we cut ourselves off from our center. We feel crazy. We get into shame, fear, and confusion. We can't get our bearings when we allow someone to pull the rug from under us. This does not mean that we are never wrong. But we are not always wrong. Be open. Stand in our truth. Trust what you know. And refuse to buy into denial, nonsense, bullying, or coercion that would like to take you off course.

Have you ever noticed how most people seem to focus on (if not obsess about)
that one painful area, instead of what is going well? The point is, give
yourself credit for whichever area of your life works and be thankful that
it flows as it should. It is a law of the Universe that whatever we give our
attention to, grows. Therefore, focus on, and give thanks for, the good. In
the areas that aren't working, you are simply housing, and perhaps nursing,
negative core beliefs.
Victoria Loveland-Coen
It does not matter what specific path you are on, what symbols you believe in, or what scrolls you consider sacred. I look to the fruit of your beliefs to see if you are stepping into your divinity or giving your power away to someone else.
Paul Ferrini
If you believe you can, you probably can. If you believe you won't, you most assuredly won't.
