Its so easy to look around and notice what's wrong. It takes practice to see what's right. Many of us have lived around negativity for years. We've become skilled at labeling what's wrong with other people, our life, our work, our day, our relationships, our conduct, and ourselves. Negative thinking empowers the problem. It takes us out of harmony. It has a powerful life of its own. So does positive energy. Each day, we can ask what's right, what's good - about other people, our life, our work, our day, our relationships, ourselves, our conduct. Positive energy heals, conducts love, and transforms. Choose positive energy.
Melody Beattie
We deny ourselves this awakened state when we stay stuck in our pain. Our awareness doesn't extend beyond the pain and the fixed ideas we may have about what is causing it. Or it may be that we try to hide from our feelings, from fully experiencing the pain. When we do this, we feel upset, tense, boxed in. Yet it is a box of our own making.
Marilyn C. Barrick
The easiest thing to be in the world is you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don't let them put you in that position.
Leo Buscaglia

It is easy to be me. Natural. Why wouldn't it be? Not perfect. Simply me, being. Life is good.
