Snips

We will not accomplish our task any sooner, or any better, by performing it out of a sense of urgency, fear, anger, or sadness. Let go of unrest. Let peace fill the void. We do not have to forfeit our power, our God given personal power - or our peace - to do the work as we are called upon to do today. We will be given all the power we need to do what we are meant to do, when it is time. Let peace come first. Then proceed. The task will get done, naturally and on time.

Melody Beattie

Until we are ready to look at the truth we will continue to create illusions that support our fears. With clarity we can no longer be in fear, we must face what we have done our best to ignore, hide or cover up. Now we have a decision to make, do we continue with the illusion or do we find the courage to change direction and step out in a different path?

Jennifer Hoffman

A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be.

Abraham Maslow

"Love is the most important ingredient in life. When there is love there is no fear or doubt. It is compassion, forgiveness and total detachment. Love is the ever-extending and expanding life itself. Have faith in love. It is the solution to whatever confronts you, the answer to every question, the healer of every wound, the friend when you feel lonely, the nurturer in hard times. Love cannot be given to you. It can only come from yourself. You do not know that there is love until you have and give it yourself. When you have love for yourself you will see love in everyone and everything, without comparison and judgment."
~ Gudrun Kretschman

"Occasionally in life there are those moments of unutterable fulfilment which cannot be completely explained by those symbols called words. Their meanings can only be articulated by the inaudible language of the heart."
-- Martin Luther King, Jr.

"Don't hide your heart but reveal it,
so that mine might be revealed,
and I might accept what I am capable of."
~ Rumi
