“Forgiveness is the only gift I give.”
If I can see forgiveness as the only gift I give, then forgiveness must be Love as well. Forgiveness of myself is the unconditional Love for myself – as God loves me, so I love me. As I forgive myself for the thoughts I hold of others, I extend the gift of Love to all I look upon and I receive Love from all I look upon. Forgiveness opens my heart to give and receive the Truth of who I AM.
