Focus Feeling and Form

I affirm that today finds you peaceful and happy that no weight burdens your shoulders, and that as you look forward to the coming weeks and beyond, a sense of building anticipation fills you. Should all that seem like a nice idea but not the case where you are, try this formula someone once shared with me, focus, feeling and form. Focus on the reality you prefer to experience. Allow the feeling that it is already so to engulf you. Then keep the high watch for corresponding forms to appear. Its as simple as that, and it really truly works.

As is often the case the first step seems the most stretching. If there are problems piled up around you, they may almost set up a chant to get you to focus on them. Nevertheless ask yourself honestly when has dwelling on your problems brought relief? You have the facts. They have made themselves plain. You know how much money you owe, the state of your health, and the qualities of your relationships. Now its time to redirect your mindfulness.

Focus your attention on everything working beautifully your abundance, body, and interactions-and on feeling artfully guided to say and do the best things at all times. Let this feeling settle in around your thinking, deep peace gently replacing anxiety. Even as you are practicing this, new conditions are being sculpted for your enjoyment. Affirm: Now pressure eases and anxiety vanishes as I remember that every thing I need is within my reach. I widen my mental focus and see unlimited good for all.
