Wait.
If the time is not right, the way is not clear, the answer or decision not consistent, wait.
We may feel a sense of urgency. We may want to resolve the issue by doing something anything now, but that action is not in our best interest.
Living with confusion or unsolved problems is difficult. It is easier to resolve things. But making a decision too soon, doing something before it's time, means we may have to go back and redo it.
If the time is not right, wait.
If the way is not clear, do not plunge forward.
If the answer or decision feels muddy, wait.
In this new way of life, there is a Guiding Force. We do not ever have to move too soon or move out of harmony. Waiting is an action -- a positive, forceful action.
Often, waiting is God-guided action, one with as much power as a decision,
and more power than an urgent, ill-timed decision.
We do not have to pressure ourselves by insisting that we do or know something before it's time. When it is time, we will know. We will move into that time naturally and harmoniously. We will have peace and consistency.
We will feel empowered in a way we do not feel today.
Deal with the panic, the urgency, the fear; no not let them control or dictate decisions.
Waiting isn't easy. It isn't fun. But waiting is often necessary to get what we want. It is not deadtime; it is not downtime.
The answer will come. The power will come. The time will come.
And it will be right.
Today, I will wait, if waiting is the action I need in order to take care of myself.
I will know that I am taking a positive, forceful action by waiting until the time is right. God, help me let go of my fear, urgency and panic. Help me learn the art of waiting until the time is right. Help me learn timing.
Melody Beattie

Emerson said, “Stand guard at the portal of your mind”
When you find yourself rehearsing a hurt or losing yourself in a problem, seething in resentment or leaping to judgment, just send that thought on its way. Don't let it take up permanent residence in your mind. Discipline your mind to call in a replacement thought. Remember, your thoughts create your world.

There's contrasts in our midst. Nature sports myriad opposites that live in harmonious
juxtaposition. We embrace that daily. Subtle changes thrive in seasons, weather and growth patterns, in the universe we inhabit, live and love in.
Yet our so-limiting minds prompt us to balk at our own innate differences as if they were invading viruses to eradicate at all cost. I am different. You are different. In each of us are opposing forces of will, of intention, of dreams, of desires...
If we refuse to live in harmony we are only refusing our selves.
Dualistic and multilistic natures cohabit successfully. Why must we think to be one thing and remain that for eternity? We are not as permanently solid as we like to think we are. How rigid. Security in constancy is a fallacy that hurts more than helps us. We are fluid beings: we grow and flow into and out of, constantly.
Allow the unknown a welcome spot near your hearth. Invite the different over for supper sometime next week. Pay homage to a new idea. Let two contrasting points of view settle in, and disregard all insistence from anxiety to invite itself along. See what your soul wears in its leisure time. It might be just what you've been searching for.
Stella Savoie

Mountains should be climbed with as little effort as possible and without desire. The reality of your own nature should determine the speed. If you become restless, speed up. If you become winded, slow down. You climb the mountain in an equilibrium between restlessness and exhaustion. Then, when you're no longer thinking ahead, each footstep isn't must a means to an end, but a unique event in itself.
Robert M. Pirsig

Imagine that when your feet tread on this earth for the last time, you will have known that there are lives, there are work places, there are family experiences that are better off for your existence. What steps are you taking to make a difference? How might the world be better off that you were here?
Mary Manin Morrissey

Some day, after we have mastered the winds, the waves, the tides, and gravity,...
we shall harness...the energies of love. Then, for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.
Teilhard De Chardin

To love and win is the best thing. To love and lose, the next best.
William M. Thackeray

Live out of your imagination, not your history.
Stephen Covey

I am waiting..... :) that is a good thing. Sometimes I make plans but they feel off..off balance... not quite right....then I change them or simply let them be forgotten . Now, it is clear that often when I wonder about something ~ not quite sure, I am simply waiting.

I like seeing your new posts. They tell me that you are fine. Simply busy. Busy can be good. Don't forget though, to take care of yourself Jimmy James in all ways!

I like sharing... being.. touching.. Loving...it is simply a matter of choosing carefully what and with whom you share. The gift of being is very precious. A lot of people do not understand the light within nor going in a good way. One can share by example ... although growth is only possible in a fertile field.

hugs! :)
