Lesson 328
“I choose the second place to gain the first.”
And ego roars loudly at this thought! How can I choose second place to gain first? What does that mean? For me, it is about following the lead of Spirit and then taking the last step with God. As a previous lesson stated, I simply follow for I do not know where I am headed. With ego, I am always pointed in a spiral – going around in circles but never finding an ending. With Spirit I am on a path without a beginning and without an ending – simply remembering the Truth of who I AM. Ego sees me quitting to be in second place; Spirit has me know that I am exactly where I am to be – being with Spirit I am One with Truth – One with God. There is no second place, no first place – just being.
